Category Code Listing Report
The Category Code Listing Report gives you a simple way to see all of the codes defined in a particular category, as well as all of the base attributes for each code. For more information, see Categories and Codes.
To access the Category Code Listing Report:
From the Application Function Bar, select Reports > Reports Admin > Administration Reports > Category Code Listing Report.
Report Options
The following options are available for this report.
Field | Description |

View As | Select the output type of the report. For more information, see Report Output Types. |
Report Title | Enter a title that will appear at the top of the report. |
Category | Select the category on which you want to report. A category must be specified in order to run the report.

Show Hierarchy Level | This setting determines how you want to list items at folder levels in the hierarchy. Decide if it show just the code, just the description, or the code followed by the description.

Show Code Level | This setting determines how you want to list items at code level in the hierarchy. Decide if you want it to show just the code, just the description, or the code followed by the description. |
Include Keywords | When this option is selected, the keywords for each code will be displayed on a separate line underneath the code. |
Include Inactive | Select this option to show inactive codes. |
Results Language | Select the results language for the report. For more information, see the Results Language section on page Reports Overview. |
Time Zone | Select the time zone to use when processing the report. This indicates the time zone to use when using dates on filters and displaying dates. By default, the dates will reflect the time zone of the agent. For Category Dates, only the System Date Time is updated for the time zone (Type J), all the other Dates are shown as stored in the database. |
Emplifi Agent reports allow you to report on an active or inactive Category and Category Code.
