Clear Your Browser Cache
Agent updates take effect automatically in the background. You do not need to log out or clear your browser’s cache or cookies after a software release. Updates are applied without any action required from agents or administrators.
If you experience unexpected behavior in Agent, clearing your browser cache may help as a general troubleshooting step.
When to clear your cache
Clear your browser cache if you experience:
Pages or layouts that do not display correctly
Buttons or features that appear to be missing
Persistent error messages that do not resolve after refreshing
Display issues after switching computers or browsers
How to clear your browser cache
The exact steps vary by browser and operating system. Cache and cookie settings are typically located under Settings, Privacy, or History.
Regardless of the browser, ensure that you:
Select All time (or the equivalent) in the time range options.
Select the option to delete cached images and files and/or website data.
