Clear Your Browser's Cache

Every time a new version of Emplifi Agent is released, you must clear your browser’s cache for changes to take effect.

The actual steps may vary among the browsers and their respective operating system iterations. However, clearing cache options are typically located under settings, privacy, or cookies/data options.

No matter which browser you are using, ensure the following.

  • in time range options, select all time or similar (if available)

  • find the options that allows you to delete cached images, files, and website data.
