Enclosure Listing Report

The Enclosure Listing Report allows you to create a listing of all enclosures in your system, filtering on whether enclosures are active or inactive, and on those enclosures that need to be reordered.

To access the Enclosure Listing Report:

  • From the Application Function Bar, select Reports > Reports Admin > Administration Reports > Enclosure Listing Report.

Report Options

The following options are available for this report.

Description

View As

Select the output type of the report. For more information, see Report Output Types.

Report Title

Enter a title to appear at the top of the report.

Active Status

This setting determines whether the report will include only those enclosures marked active, inactive, or both.

Show Reorder Enclosure Only

If selected, the report will include only those enclosures whose quantity on hand has fallen below the reorder quantity.

Results Language

Select the results language for the report. For more information, see the Results Language section on page Reports Overview.
