Enclosure Listing Report
The Enclosure Listing Report allows you to create a listing of all enclosures in your system, filtering on whether enclosures are active or inactive, and on those enclosures that need to be reordered.
To access the Enclosure Listing Report:
From the Application Function Bar, select Reports > Reports Admin > Administration Reports > Enclosure Listing Report.
Report Options
The following options are available for this report.
Field | Description |
---|---|
View As | Select the output type of the report. For more information, see Report Output Types. |
Report Title | Enter a title to appear at the top of the report. |
Active Status | This setting determines whether the report will include only those enclosures marked active, inactive, or both. |
Show Reorder Enclosure Only | If selected, the report will include only those enclosures whose quantity on hand has fallen below the reorder quantity. |
Results Language | Select the results language for the report. For more information, see the Results Language section on page Reports Overview. |
