Session License Usage

The Session License Usage utility reports what sessions are using what licenses and allows the user to log out sessions. The utility can be run based on License Type by Product and can be restricted by the User.

To access the Session License Usage Utility:

  • From the Application Function Bar, select Utilities > User/License Utilities > Session License Usage.

Options 

The following options are available for this utility:

Field

Description

User

Type the user name of the user for which you want to view session activity.

Case Management

Select the type of licenses you want to view for the Case Management product.

Reports Only

Select the type of licenses you want to view for the Reports Only product.

RD Agent Assist

Select the type of licenses you want to view for the RD Agent Assist product.

RD Email Management

Select the type of licenses you want to view for the RD Email Management product.

 Viewing License Session usage

  1. From the Application Function Bar, select Utilities > User/License Utilities > Session License Usage. The Session License Utility window displays.

  1. In the Options view, type the user name of a specific user that you want to view sessions for or leave the field blank to view all users.

  2. For each product, select the type of license you want to view or leave the fields blank to view all products and all license types.

  3. Click the Run button. A list of the users, their last activity, and the license types for each product displays.

 Logging out of a session

  1. From the Application Function Bar, select Utilities > User/License Utilities > Session License Usage. The Session License Utility window displays.

  2. In the Options view, type the user name of a specific user that you want to view sessions for, or leave the field blank to view all users.

  3. For each product select the type of license you want to view or leave the fields blank to view all products and all license types.

  4. Click the Run button. A list of the users, their last activity, and the license types for each product displays.

  5. Highlight the session that you want to log out of. You can select as many sessions as are required.

  6. Click the Logout Session button. A confirmation dialog displays.

  7. Click Logout. The session is logged out and removed from the results. You can continue to log out of sessions or close the utility.
