Idle Session Release
The Idle Session Release utility allows an administrator to release all user sessions that are idle for a set number of hours. An administrator can set the number of hours when inactive sessions will automatically clear. This will allow licenses to become available. You can save this utility as a Favorite and schedule it to run automatically. The Results tab provides a link to the log file where you can view a list of all the cleared user sessions.
This feature is not available to release idle sessions less than one hour. If you need to clear sessions within a set number of minutes, contact your Emplifi Account Manager to discuss configuration.
To access the Idle Session Release Utility:
From the Application Function Bar, select Utilities > User/License Utilities > Idle Session Release.

Hours Idle | Enter the number of hours when a session will clear due to inactivity. The default value is 24 hours. |
