Exiting Emplifi Agent Interaction

You have two options for how to exit Emplifi Agent Interaction:

  • When you close Emplifi Agent, the system automatically signs you out of Emplifi Agent Interaction.

  • If you need to sign in to Emplifi Agent Interaction using different user credentials or if you need to exit Emplifi Agent Interaction for any reason:

    1. From the Application Banner, click the User Profiler button. The User Profiler menu will display.

    2. Select Sign out of AAI. The widget headset turns white to signify that you are not connected. You are unable to send or receive calls until you sign back in.
