Configuration: RQA
Emplifi Agent integrates with the third-party RQA, Inc. product retrieval service. When Emplifi Agent is configured to use RQA, an agent may submit and track requests from the case.
Below are the RQA configuration fields.
Field | Description |

Case Request Category | Select the case category ID for the RQA request field. |
Case Store Category | Select the store category code. If a store is associated with a case issue, then this will enable the store address to be found. |
APIKeyPP | This API key is provided by RQA. |
APIKeyRequest | This API key is provided by RQA |
Fields | This text box contains a list of field names and their corresponding text or category for looking up the field value. This is entered via JSON. |
This category is defined as an F code (case enclosure).
