User License Report
This report allows you to view a list of the licenses. The User License report lists the number of available licenses and the used licenses for each Product and License Type. To find out the peak usage of user licenses during a time period, run this report.
To access the User License Report:
From the Application Function Bar, select Reports > Reports Admin > Administration Reports > User License Report.
Report Options
The following options are available for this report:
Field | Description |

Time Frame | Day Hour Month Quarter Week Year |
From Date | Select from Today, the current period, or the previous period. |
Thru | Select from Today, the current period, or the previous period. |
Results
The following tables describes the columns that display on the results page:
Field | Description |

Product | Displays the name of the product the license is for. |
License Type | Indicates the type of license. |
Available | Indicates how many licenses are available for use. |
Used | Indicates how many licenses have been used. |
