ESP Grouping Labels
The ESP Grouping Labels page allows you to create custom card labels for ESP. This allows you to group information for your agents under a company-specific label. For example, you can create an ESP label for a company promotional. Then, you can add suggested information to display under the promotional label. If you support agents in multiple languages, the labels you create can be translated.
To access ESP Grouping Labels:
From Application Setup, select Company Setup > Workflow/Process Automation > Process Automation > ESP Grouping Labels.
Adding ESP Grouping Labels
To add an ESP Label:
Click the New Code button on the banner. The Label tab will display.
In the Description field, enter the label for the ESP Card. If you support multiple languages, the available languages will display in the Language column.
For each language, enter a description for the label in that language.
Click Save.
Updating ESP Grouping Labels
To update an ESP Label:
From the Function Bar, select the ESP Grouping Label that you want to update. It will display on the Label tab.
In the Description field, enter a new ESP label for the card.
If you support multiple languages, update the descriptions for each language.
Click Save.
Deleting ESP Grouping Labels
There are two ways to delete ESP Grouping Labels. You can delete the label on the Sub-Codes tab or the Label tab.
To delete ESP labels from the Sub-Codes tab:
From the Function Bar, select ESP Grouping Labels. The Sub-Codes tab will display a list of ESP Grouping Labels.
Select the check mark next to each ESP label you want to delete.
Click the Delete button on the banner. A confirmation message will display.
Type DELETE in the text box.
Click the Delete button. The ESP Grouping Labels are permanently removed from the system.
To delete an ESP label from the Label tab:
From the Function Bar, select specific ESP Grouping Label you want to delete. The Label tab will display the label description.
Click the Delete button on the banner. A confirmation message will display.
Type DELETE in the text box.
Click the Delete button. The ESP Grouping Label is permanently removed from the system.
