Once the licenses have been installed, the administrator needs to create the user license profiles and assign users to the license profiles.
A License Profile identifies what products (Case Management, Reports Only, Emplifi Knowledge Agent Assist, or Emplifi Knowledge Email Management) and what user license types (Concurrent or Named) are requested for a user at Emplifi Agent sign in. Once the license profiles are defined, then users should be assigned to a profile from each user’s user setup page. For details, see Step 5: Assigning Licenses to Users.
