Application Setup Overview
The application setup is done in the Administration area by using Company Setup, User and Security Setup, and System Setup sections. These allow you to define and maintain the data values and rules that make up your Emplifi Agent system. This includes things such as:
System users
Categories and codes for use on the case
Letters and enclosures
Data validation rules
Suggestions
Security settings
When you are working with multiple companies, you can select a different company configuration on the Application Menu. This allows you to work on each company's settings without leaving the Administration area. For more information, see Switch Company.
