Description

Collect Logon Audit Trail

Select this option to enable the system to collect information on all sign in attempts. This feature must be enabled in the DEFAULT configuration (as logins happen before the configuration is determined). The administrator can run a report to view each sign in attempt by Internet Protocol (IP) address, user name, and whether or not the attempt was successful. For details about reports, see SQL Select Report.

(info) Your system must be licensed for Audit Trails to use this feature.
The audit only applies to attempts to sign in through the Logon request.

Collect Maintenance Audit Trail

Select this feature to create audit trails (changes and deletions) for items in application setup. For details about application setup, see Application Setup Overview.

Lock While Editing Suggestion Codes

Select this option to prevent another user from changing a suggestion code definition while another user is currently viewing or editing that definition. The second user will get a message informing them that another person is currently editing the code in question.

Should the flags be incorrectly left in the locked state, an administrator can use the Clear System Edit Locks Utility to reset the records in question.

Tab into Display Only fields

Select this option to enable an agent to tab into each field, hyperlink, or drop-down menu on the Case screen.

Notification Queue

Name of the Emplifi Agent queue where notification events should be sent.

Email Queue

Name of the Emplifi Agent queue where inbound emails should be sent by default.
