Step 1: Request Software and License Keys
Access the https://customercenter.astutesolutions.com/customerportal/# to request a license key. This is part of the Software Version Request. If you do not have a Customer Center account, call Emplifi Support at 614-508-6150 for assistance. When you access the site you will need to provide the following information:
Customer Number (should default for you on the form)
Version Requesting
Name of Server
This is used for the Server type license. You must supply the exact name of the server for each of the server types. In addition you need to indicate if each server type is using a local or remote application server (local to the server the server type is running on or making a call to another server running the application server).

The above information is needed for:
Production servers.
Training servers.
Each server in a load balanced server farm.
Each server used for failovers.
After submitting the above information, an email acknowledgment is immediately sent to your email address. Within 2 business days you will receive information on the expected availability and how to obtain the software and license keys.
