InfoCenter
InfoCenter is an information repository that is built in to Emplifi Agent.
You can store many different types of information in InfoCenter:
Textual information
Links to external documents (for example, product brochures, instruction manuals, or images)
Links to external help files
Links to web pages

The information you store in InfoCenter can be used to:
Provide suggested responses that agents can use when talking to the customer about a particular issue.
Send alert information to agents when a particular code value is entered on a case.
Provide information to agents about a particular field or data element that is specific to your implementation of Emplifi Agent.
Creating a New InfoCenter Entry
In Administration, select Company Setup > InfoCenter > InfoCenter Entries.
Add a new code. For instructions, see Adding and Deleting Codes.
After you add the code, browse the InfoCenter Code field for the newly created code.
