Notifications Overview
The Notifications feature allows you to send notifications to specific people. Notifications can be set up to trigger automatically or manually. A notification is triggered when:
a case action is posted and the notification is automatically sent. For more information, see Notifier Overview.
a threshold is met and the notification is automatically sent. For more information, see Notifier Overview.
an agent manually creates a notification from the case using the https://emplifi-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ATRG/pages/305070182/Notifications option. This is useful for communicating with third parties, such as a supplier, distributor, etc.
