Chart Report - Display Options

The Display Options view allows you to customize the appearance of the graphical output of the Chart Report in a number of different ways.

All result sets share the same set of display options. For example, if you change the chart type from a bar graph to a pie graph, all of the results appear as pie graphs. For information, see Chart Report - Results View.

After you have run the report, it is possible to change the display options without having to re-run the report. Click the Results button after entering your changes.

Emplifi Agent reports allow you to report on an active or inactive category or category code.

Scale

The scale values determine both the size of the chart elements relative to the chart as a whole, as well as affecting the placement of the grid lines (which can be turned on or off in the next section).

If you do not enter scale values, the system will use estimates based on the maximum and minimum values in the report data. This may not be useful if these values fall far from the mean value in the report data. You may want to adjust the scale to better match your data.
