While editing a case, the following buttons are available on the Function Banner:

Add Item |
Displays a drop-down of items to add to the case. For more information, see Add Items. |

Toggle Work Clock |
This button will only display if enabled by your system administrator. The Toggle Work Clock button allows you to start or stop the clock by clicking the button. |

Save Case |
Only displays when there are unsaved changes to the case. |

Dismiss Case |
This button is yellow when there are unsaved changes to the case to indicate that it is not safe to dismiss the case. When clicked, a confirmation dialog displays with the option to return to the case or dismiss. |

Dismiss Case |
This button is green after the case has been saved to indicate that it is safe to dismiss the case. |
