Administration Application Menu
The Application Menu in the Administration section allows you to switch companies (when working in a multi-company environment), add new configurations, rebuild the server cache, and search for category codes.
To access this menu:
From the Application Bar, select Administration.
On the Administration banner, click the Application Menu button.
The following table describes the available options.
Menu Option | Description |

Switch Company | If you are working with more than one company, this option allows you to Switch Company configurations. Once you select a different company, the administration pages, reports, or utilities you open will apply to the company you selected. Any previously opened pages will not be affected and remain open for the previously selected company. |
Add New Configuration | Hover over this option and select either New Emplifi Agent Configuration or New Email Service Configuration to add a new configuration. For more information, see Common Configuration Tasks. |
Rebuild Server Cache | Select this option to rebuild the server cache. A confirmation message will display before the rebuild begins. |
Rebuild Field List | Select this option to rebuild the fields list. Use this when you are adding multiple category codes to the system. A confirmation message will display before the rebuild begins. Remember to sign out and sign back in to see your changes. |
Search Category | Select this option to search for category codes. For more information, see Search for Category Code. |
