Activating Audit Trails

Audit trails are activated on a per-configuration basis. Audit trails are "all or none." All case or maintenance data is audited once audit trails are activated. You cannot choose specific fields to be audited.

To activate case audit trails:

  1. In the Application Function Bar, select Administration > Configuration Settings.

  2. Open the configuration for which you want to activate audit trails by double-clicking on it.

  3. On the Configuration bar, select the Case view. For details, see Configuration: Case.

  4. Under the Miscellaneous Settings section, select the Enable Audit Trail check box.

To activate maintenance audit trails:

  1. In the Application Function Bar, select Administration > Configuration Settings.

  2. Open the configuration for which you want to activate audit trails by double-clicking on it.

  3. On the Configuration bar, select Application Setup. For details, see Configuration: Application Setup.

  4. Under the General Settings section, select the Collect Maintenance Audit Trail check box.

Depending on your settings, users may need to close out of Emplifi Agent and restart before the change will take effect.
