Scheduled Report Results Utility
Report favorites can be scheduled to run in the background at a specified time. This utility displays a list of scheduled reports created by a specific agent. It uses a specific report queue in a certain time frame.
To access the Scheduled Report Results:
From the Application Function Bar, select Reports > Reports Admin > Favorites > Scheduled Report Results.
Options
The following options are available for this utility:
Field | Description |

Responsible Rep | Select the user code for which you want to view a list of scheduled reports. |
Report Queue ID | Select the ID from the drop-down menu. |
Scheduled From / Thru | Click the Calendar button to schedule dates from the calendar. |
Started From / Thru | Click the Calendar button to select dates from the calendar. |
Results
Click the Run button in the banner to run the utility. The table displays the list of scheduled reports that meet the criteria entered on the Options page.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Report Queue Id | Report Queue ID selected from the Options page. |
Report Queue Seq | Displays the association between a job and the scheduled favorites within the job. |
User Code | User Code chosen in the Responsible Rep field on the Options page. If left blank, this column will display results from all User Codes. |
Favorite Id | Displays the Favorite ID for the report. |
Started Run | Date the report was started. |
Planned Run | Date the report was scheduled to run. |
File Url | Displays the URL for the report file. |
Log Url | Displays the URL for the log of that report. |
Error Text | Displays any error text for that scheduled report. |
