Manage Favorites

The Manage Favorites page allows an administrator to manage all of the favorites in the system. The administrator can:

  • view and edit favorites for all users

  • search for favorites across all users

  • search for specific users and specific favorites

  • 'view as' any system user

The favorites are listed on the page and will show the following information: name, description, user ID, company ID, type of favorite (personal or shared), area of the favorite (cases, reports, or utilities), function name, and any additional notes that were added for the favorite.

An administrator must have w_admin_favorites permission to use this feature.

This page functions similarly to the My Favorites page. An administrator can organize, copy, distribute, or delete favorites or folders. For information on how to use these functions, see My Favorites.

An administrator may see the list of personal favorites for a user, but cannot open and run the favorite.
